Privacy notice.

What the contact form collects.

When you send a message, we receive the name, email address, phone number (if you give one), ZIP code (if you give one), topic, and message you type. We also record which page of this site you sent it from.

Please do not put sensitive health information in the message. If something like that matters to your coaching, we will talk about it directly.

How we use it.

We use it to reply to you and to keep a record of your inquiry. If you become a client, it becomes part of your client record. We do not sell your information.

Where it goes.

Your message is sent from our website to our customer-management system, GoHighLevel, where it is stored as a contact in our account with a note containing your message. Messages sent to info@deltafitness.io go to our email inbox. This website is delivered through Cloudflare, which handles the web requests needed to show you pages and send your form.

If you book through one of our booking buttons, the booking page is provided by GoHighLevel and collects the details you enter there. Those details are handled under our account in the same way.

Reviews on the Home and Testimonials pages.

The Home and Testimonials pages show our client reviews through a widget provided by GoHighLevel. When that section loads, your browser requests a script and a frame from reputationhub.site, a GoHighLevel service. It receives standard request information such as your IP address and browser details, and it may set its own cookies. We do not control how that service handles this information.

Tracking.

This website does not run its own analytics or advertising trackers. The reviews widget described above is provided by a third party. The homepage also remembers, in your browser tab only (session storage), that its campaign notice has been shown, so it is not shown again in that tab; this stays in your browser, is not sent to us, and is cleared when the tab is closed. If we add analytics or advertising tools, we will update this notice first.

Your choices.

To ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, emailinfo@deltafitness.ioor call561-567-9453.
